在 Higgsfield 上：一张图 → 一段会「破屏而出」的电影感视频
核心思路：先用 GPT Image 2.0 出一张高质量图，再用 Seedance 2.0 让它动起来。 图是地基，地基越稳，视频越好。

STEP 1用 GPT Image 2.0 出基底图
- 进入 Higgsfield，顶部切到 图像（Image）
- 点模型按钮（默认 GPT Image 2.0）→ 打开模型下拉
- 选 GPT Image 2.0
- 用输入框左侧 + 上传一张基底照片（可选，但建议）
- 粘贴下方图像提示词 → 点生成，等 30 秒～1 分钟
建议设置：比例 9:16 · 质量 4K（图越清晰，后面视频越清晰）

📸 基底照怎么拍
「在光线昏暗的房间里，坐在桌前、手伸向显示器」—— 用手机第一人称视角拍。
- 关掉房间灯，只开显示器（让屏幕的光打在手和键盘上）
- 显示器和手指之间留 2～3cm 距离
- 画面里能看到键盘、音箱这类桌面小物，细节更真实
- 手机相机建议用 0.5 倍广角（能拍到整张桌子）
不上传基底照、只输入提示词，在 Higgsfield 上也能出类似效果；但用你自己的桌面照，出来的代入感会强很多。
STEP 2切到视频，用 Seedance 2.0
- 顶部切到 视频（Video）
- 用输入框左侧 + 上传刚生成的图（或在图库点图 → 选「生成视频」）
- 点模型按钮（默认 Seedance 2.0）→ 选 Seedance 2.0
- 粘贴下方视频提示词 → 点生成，等 2～5 分钟
建议设置：比例 9:16 · 时长 5 秒或 10 秒 · 分辨率 720p（1080p 更耗 credit）
